		<description>You seem to have forgotten the actual standards-based RIA: Javascript.  To that end, you might want to look at:

- SproutCore (it powers me.com, among other things)
- jQuery
- Cappuccino

These don&#039;t require an install by the viewer, since they use the Javascript engine that&#039;s already installed.  Also, they don&#039;t cost the developer anything to use.  They are all open source, so if you believe that you must pay for your environment, they are not for you.  But between them they are definitely more widely deployed than your examples (yes, even GWT).</description>
